Returns and Warranty Policy

Returns are easy.
We're committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

  • Are in their original packaging
  • Have original manufacturer information
  • Are not damaged
  • Do not have missing parts
  • Have not been installed.

All returns must include a Return  Authorization Number (RMA). Please request an RMA number by calling us at 757-576-3520.

 After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.

All returns will be subject to a 15% restock fee.

Refunds
We will issue a  refund less 15% restocking fee for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

Damaged Products
If your product has been damaged in shipment, Please call us  immediately, at 1-757-576-3520. You must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Our Customer Service representatives will guide you through return and replacement.

Manufacturer's Warranty
After 30 days , all parts are covered by the Manufacturer Warranty only. Manufacturer warranties vary. Warranties are included with your product and should be reviewed carefully for additional information.

We provide a 30-day guarantee on the workmanship of products. After 30 days, any defect in the product must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Please review the manufacturer information you receive with your new product to learn more about the manufacturer warranty.

     Also, you may send us a check or money order for your total bill including Shipping and handling, along with the part number of the items you wish to purchase. (To calculate shipping and handling, complete your order as if you were submitting it over the Internet, your shipping and handling total will be given to you there.
