Returns are easy.
All returns must include
a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please
request an RMA number by calling us at 757-576-3520.
After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.
All returns will be subject
to a 15% restock fee. We provide a 30-day guarantee on the
workmanship of products. After 30 days, any defect in the product must
be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Please review the manufacturer
information you receive with your new product to learn more about the
manufacturer warranty.

Also, you may send us a check or money order
for your total bill including Shipping and handling, along with the part
number of the items you wish to purchase. (To calculate shipping and
handling, complete your order as if you were submitting it over the Internet,
your shipping and handling total will be given to you there. You do not
have to complete the order via Internet.)
