Ordering online with us is easy, secure, and convenient--- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We have provided an easy, step-by-step instruction guide to help you place your order. You can always call us if you need assistance or have questions.

1. Shopping Cart
    The Shopping Cart recognizes "cookies" on your machine to remember your order. Once you have begun to place your order, please try not to leave the shopping cart until you have completed your order.

Finding your item:
     Click the link to go into the Catalog. Once inside the Catalog, you will see buttons with categories such as Oil, Air, Plumbing, etc....These buttons will take you to products that have those keywords in the description or name. If you do not see a button for an item that you wish to find, type the name of that item in the search box. All parts with that name in the description will come up on the page.

Placing the Item In Your Cart:
     1.When you find an item that you wish to purchase, change the text box for the quantity you want, (the default is 1, if you only want one, you do not need to change this.)

     2.Click the button.

     3 . Continue shopping, adding as many items to your cart as you desire.

Go to Checkout
     1.When you have completed your shopping, and are ready to check out, look for the blue text link (there is one at the bottom of each product description) that says Check Out. Click on this link anywhere on the page to go to the checkout area.

     2. You will be taken to a new page where you will see the items that you have placed in your shopping cart. Your screen will look like this example:

This is a subtotal for your order, prior to shipping costs being added.
You will see these buttons at the bottom of the page:

Change your quantity here. When this button is clicked, a new screen will open that allows you to change the number ordered of each individual item. Type the new quantity in the box provided and click on the Edit Quantity button. When you have the correct number entered for each item, click the "continue shopping button. You will be taken back into the Catalog area, and you will need to reclick the Check Out text button once again.

Remove any unwanted items here. When this button is clicked, a new screen will open that allows you to remove each individual item. Place a check in the box provided beside the item you want to remove. When you have put a check beside all items you want removed, click the "Remove Items' button. You will be taken back to your previous screen where you will have all the previous options, to edit quantity, remove items, continue shopping, or complete your order.

Clicking this button will take you back into the catalog where you can continue shopping and adding products to your cart.

Click this button when you have your order completed correctly.

Shipping Options:

This screen shows your finished order. Please check one last time to see that all quantities and items are correct. You will be asked for your shipping options here.

Choose your method of shipping, Ground, 2nd Day, or Next Day
Enter your zip, select the state from which you are ordering, and Click the 'NEXT ' button.

Your next screen will show you all of your items, your total bill, plus shipping charges added, and your Grand Total. Please verify that all items are correct, then click the gray "Secure OrderForm" Button.

***Shipping
We ships all  products via UPS. You have the option of choosing Ground, 2nd Day, or Next Day Shipment. All shipments are based upon instock availability, and will be shipped by your chosen method upon filling your order. See notes below for Product Availability, and order filling time.

Please note that your order may arrive in more than one box  to service your order as quickly as possible. All shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order, so that you will only be charged one low delivery price.

We can ship your order to virtually any address in the United States, the U.S. Territories.

Product Availability
Most products ship within 48 hours of placing your order (not including weekends and holidays). Some specialty products require a longer lead-time. In such circumstances, our Customer Service team will notify you those lead-times via email. We'll do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible and notify you of the estimated time of delivery.

2. Credit Card Information

Payment Methods
We accept these major Credit cards: American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover.
We also accept orders placed by mail with check or money order.
 

The credit card information screen will ask you for your personal information: Name, address, City, State, Country, Phone, Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, and Email.

*Note that the Zip has already been added to this screen so that shipping amounts could be calculated. If this is not your correct Zip Code, you must go back and change it.

When you have every item filled in correctly, Click the gray "Complete Purchase" button. You will be taken to a page that tells you if your credit card was accepted or declined.

That's all there is to it! Your order will be mailed directly to us, and will be filled according to the shipping policy above. Rest assured that your order will be given the highest priority!
